Fee Schedule for John B. Graham

I only book one mediation per day, either a half day or a full day, commencing at 10:00 am

For a two (2) party half day mediation $2,100.00
(10:00 am until 1:00 pm) 

For a two (2) party full day mediation $4,000.00
(10:00 am until 4:00 pm) 

* For each additional party $ 500.00
* For each additional hour $ 500.00

Additional Charges

The fee charged includes all preparation, and reporting time.  The cost of HST, facilities, catering if requested, or parking will be an additional charge.  For mediations West of Hamilton, North of Barrie, and East of Oshawa, a travel charge of $100.00 per hour will apply.  For travel requiring driving outside of Toronto, a kilometre charge will be applied. In circumstances where a flight is required, the actual flight cost will be charged. Any questions or concerns regarding charges, should be addressed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fees for John B. Graham

A Mediation cancelled within 30 days, but more than seven (7) days prior to the mediation will be billed as follows:

• Full day $1,500.00
• Half day $800.00

A Mediation cancelled within seven (7) days of the mediation will be billed as follows:

• Full day $2,300.00
• Half day $1,200.00

A facility charge may also apply for cancellations.  Any cancellation requests must be in writing.
